I bought this outfit when the weather seemed to be getting warmer but the sudden snow storm put a little damper on my look!

Of course for Valentines day I had the overwhelming desire to find something red. The skirt I’m wearing here is perfect for date night because you can dress it up or down. Obviously I dressed it up for the occasion but because it’s short and full a ballet flat would look adorable with it as well.

Since the skirt was a solid bright red I wanted it to be the focal point of my look. I paired with a simple black crop that tied in the front just to add a little something extra. And since it ended up snowing I added my brown and black fur coat to stay warm.

I wore a two teared gold chain with rhinestone accents to give the look a little bling and to bring out the gold in my shoes. My shoes were perfect for V-day! It is hard to tell from the photos but they have hearts all over them I am absolutely in love with them! Not only are they cute but they were a steal. The shoes are Diane Von Furstenburg and I found them at consignment store for only $50!

All and all this look would be great for not just Valentines day. You could dress it down with flats and simple jewelry or loose the coat and just wear the crop for girls night out! I will definitely be finding another occasion to wear this look!

Well there you have it. Your daily dose of fashion vitamins.

Thanks for reading. xx
