Interviews in the big apple

Hey guys!

So last week I took my first steps to being an adult and had an interview in NYC. I just wanted to do a quick post and share with everyone what I wore.

When I was shopping for my interview look I decided that a pencil skirt or suite would be stuffy for the type of job I was interviewing for. So the hunt was on for something fun but still appropriate.

This mid-length full skirt is perfect for an interview or work. It’s classic and looks professional but is still easy to move in and be functional. I’ve been obsessed with this length skirts lately. I think they look great on any body type and are fun piece to add to your wardrobe. If you’re not someone who wears much black, this skirt also comes in baby pink, baby blue, maroon and white.

For my top I needed something tight. This off the shoulder bodysuit was perfect. I think bodysuits are the greatest thing that’s trending right now. It makes keeping your outfit looking clean and put together so much easier.

Since my outfit was all black and looking a little plain, I decided I needed some fun shoes! These open toe fringe heels are so comfortable. I walked around in them almost all day and didn’t have any complaints.

Lastly, I accessorized with my Perry Street necklace from RocksBox.  Sign up for RocksBox and get one month free when you use the code samanthaleexoxo.

Thanks for reading everyone!

xx.
